The aim of this study is to investigate school counselors' multicultural counseling competencies and personality traits. survey’s data was derived from 460 counselors working at primary, secondary, high schools that belong the Ministry Education. sample consists 151 men 309 women. Multicultural Counseling Competencies Scale used determine counselors’ perceived Personality traits. Multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) whether differ significantly in terms some variables included, level degree, gender, frequency with culturally diverse clients, courses are taken, number known languages. stepwise regression examine traits predict competencies. results MANOVA analyses indicate there no significant difference between according to, gender taken.
